Material: 1.2mm, WSS-M1A357-A1 Al-Si coating.
Process: hot forming, hard and soft zones, dual transition regions.
Applications: Equipped on medium to large SUVs. Through the hot forming process with two transition zones, the hard zone of the component will achieve a tensile strength exceeding 1300Mpa, while the soft zone offers a tensile strength ranging from 620 to 750Mpa. This not only enhances the overall high-strength capabilities of the vehicle but also ensures efficient energy absorption in the event of a rear-end collision, thereby better safeguarding the vehicle's occupants.
